Active For Life brings you their proprietary brain and body 'dancercise' class, inspired by ballroom and latin dancing, SEATED RHYTHM™. Now anyone can participate from anywhere! This is a great class to start with if you are new to AFL's unique SEATED RHYTHM™ class.
